Cost of Delivery
There is a standard delivery charge added to your order that represents the amount charged to us by the manufacturer and is valid for all UK mainland addresses (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Eire).

Please note: if you are purchasing multiple items from the same manufacturer, you will only be charged once.

Overseas delivery may be arranged by prior agreement and notice of an appropriate delivery charge upon which you agree to before the order is processed. Contact us for further details.
Please note that we do not deduct VAT for any orders to the Channel Islands.


Tracking Your Order
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation that the order is being processed, showing items(s) purchased and an order number. Please contact us quoting the order number and we will be able to provide you with a status of the order.


Problems With Delivery
If the parcel does not arrive when you expect it then please do not hesitate to contact us. We will chase the relevant courier on your behalf and call you back to let you know what is happening.
